Flights

This year we will continue to offer access to a travel agent to book flights for you, so everyone can avoid out-of-pocket expenses! Information on recommended travel times and how to book with the travel agent will be included in the confirmation email you receive once you register. Hotel

When you register for the conference we will reserve your hotel room for you.  Everyone will receive their own room. Any additional days beyond the conference dates will be at your own expense. If you are extending your days, let us know and we'll reserve the room for those days.  The conference rate is available the day before and after the conference.  We make the reservation and then you self-pay when you get here.  The rate is $199 + taxes and fees.

Transportation to the Hotel and Airport

An Uber voucher was emailed to attendees to use for transportation from the San Diego Airport or the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport or train station. You are responsible for all other ground transportation. If you live more than 50 miles from your home airport, we will reimburse you for mileage only to and from your airport.

If you did not receive a voucher or have any questions on it's usage please check your Details and Logistics emails from the conference email. If you still have question please reach out to us via email.

Driving and other methods of transportation

If you are driving to the conference from at least 50 miles away you can be reimbursed for mileage. More details can be found on the reimbursement page. We will also reimburse for other modes of transportation to the conference (public transit, train, etc.) and parking at the hotel.
